REFASHIOND CO:lab - The Industrial Transformation Studio is the systems design, research, strategy, and management consulting arm of REFASHIOND Ventures: The Industrial Transformation Fund.

We help organizations create enduring competitive advantage through Industrial Transformation and Supply Chain Innovation & Technology. We describe what we do as Industrial Systems Engineering & Transformation. Our approach to working with clients is highly bespoke and customized to the specific needs of the client; Our only goal is to position them to win, no matter what the future brings.

We serve as the client’s interim or acting Chief Transformation Officer in-Residence. During that time, we build up the client’s organizational capacity through our work across the organization and its value chain. Eventually, we hand-off the reins to someone on your internal team (or another selected stakeholder), but we always remain available as an outside consiglieri to the board of directors and the c-suite.

Our ecosystem allows us to curate innovators’ technologies (BUILDERS) to be matched with enterprise opportunities (BUYERS), as well as specialized subject matter experts and key contributors.
